World Champions Italy thought it would be damn nice to maybe wake up a little. They finally won their first game at the tournament, against France, another disappointing team for the EURO 2008. The French roosters finished last in the “group of death” , Romania getting third place although Holland hade some fun with them and won 2-0 with a team of substitutes.
Italy will face Spain in the quarterfinals, while Holland’s rival isn’t quite known yet, but many say it’s gonna be Sewden. These are the highlights of the two games :
As we all expected, Germany won their game against Austria, the team with the last chance of winning this trophy. It was a pretty good game, Germany dominating an Austria powerless in front of players that were like speeding horses comparing to them. Croatia won their game against Poland although they were already qualified from first place 
Poland couldn’t keep up with a Croatia that is way favorite against Turkey now, their quarterfinal rivals. Germany will meet Portugal in the quarterfinals, the most interesting one yet

The best game at this EURO I am sure! Great game played by Turkey, managing to come back from a 2-0 handicap. These are the highlights of a match full of surprises, tension and joy and tears at the end :
Coach Felipe Scolari rested some players and Portugal was banged 2-0 by Switzerland in a game without implications, Portugal goes through and Switzerland is out.
An awesome night at the EURO tonight. Two great games! Turkey got a win in the last minutes after The Czech Republic had a 2-0 lead. Nihat is a national hero for the Turkish supporters I am sure. He scored twice in the last 5 minutes of the game and sent the Czechs home. Turkey will meet Croatia in the quarterfinals, but that my friends, will be another story . Portugal produced a big dissapointment though. They lost 2-0 in front of hosts Switzerland thanks to 2 goals from Yakin. Shame on them ! There was no sign of the Portugal that won the previous two games in the group. Like what the fuck, can you be good in just 2 games and suck in another suddenly ?!? Portugal will meet second place in Group B, Germany as we all think, but you may never know .
The most boring game of the EURO 2008 I can be sure. Those guys from Greece are a total shame for the name of European Champions! I really regret the 2 hours wasted on this match. A bloody old movie would have been more interesting than this. What the fuck!? Two boring teams, a defeat that sends the Greeks back home. Why are they even at this tournament? Those Russians left England in front of the TV and now they barely score 2 goals in the competition. Trust me, you really don’t want to see the highlights, but…we will show them to ypu anyways… here they are :
Los muchachos got a win in the last minute and so they qualify in the quarterfinals… It was so damn lucky god damn it, the last opportunity of the game! Sweden played some nice soccer, equalising a few minutes after Torres got the first goal. Villa is now the new hero of Spain after he snatched a win and getting the top spot in the goalscorers board. Sure wouldn’t like to be a Sweedish guy right now Spain had a dennied penalty in the first half, but overall a draw would have been more reasonable. These are the highlights of a fucked up game :
Holland is the most outstanding team that we have seen at this competition ! It looks like that 3-0 against world champions Italy wasn’t just lucky . Holland demolished France 4-1 in their second match and they are 100% winners of the group! Who would have thought ?! The first 2 teams in the group are Holland and Romania, and not Italy and France like everyone predicted. This is why soccer is so beautiful 
you never know what surprises it can offer you. These are the highlights of a lovely game :
Italy is really going down in this EURO ! The 2006 world champions hardly got a draw in what was supposed to be their easiest game. Romania could have even won the game if Mutu wouldn’t have missed a penalty in the 80th minute. It is a VERY complicated group, in which ever team can qualify. Overall we can say without a doubt, that we saw 2 of the best goalkeepers from this competition. The next game tonight is France-Holland. These are the highlights of the game :
