villa at da moment is al around better his technic is way above torres’s. and vision too…torres scored all those goals cause the premiership has weak defenses he him-self said it…

i dont think torres is an all round better player. i am a liverpool fan and i admit, torres is just a goal scorer, nothing else. david villa can dribble better but he wouldnt be good in our league. so all in all, i think torres and villa are completely different players but torres style is more universal. know what i mean?

Both are excellent players torres showed amazing talent for athletico madrin and vila for valencia. But Torres playing in the hardest league in the world the premiership and coming second to ronaldo on goals torres all round is definetly better but villa is still very good.

Torres is playin against Man U,Chelsea and Arsenal and does well against all of em but Villa is a great striker but he couldnt handle the competition in the prem!

dudes villa isn’t better than torres he scores lots becos he is on pens and frees. i know he is good but torres knows what the oponent is thinking and where to go that is how torres is able to score. villa is actually the same than torres nothing different. he uses the same technique as to know what they are thinking and able to score.

Both are equally good, though i think villa has the edge above ferando however can the two really work well togther? For example there was talk that villa may join liverpool (which never happened) but if he did would he and torres be a force to be reckoned in the PL or would villa struggle? Why I like Torres is simply that he has the strength I don’t see that as much in villa though.

sdonoghue08 Torres is not faster or more skillfull yes hes stronger but Villa makes more intelligent runs and he times them 2 perfection. Villa is slightly better but Torres is improving with every game.
