Van der Sar felt the injury from the firts minutes of the game after a kickoff.At the break,Ferguson and Queiroz decided to substitute him so it won’t get any worse.
If the 37 year old goalkeeper can’t be recovered until Saturday,the “reds” will use the 3rd goalkeeper, Ben Foster, against Derby County.
