England takes revenge for missing the Euro and smashed Croatia at their home. Quality stuff from England! Probably their manager is surely going to coach in England after this!
Oh boy, I heard from a friend Croatia fans are furious.
England opened the scoring through wonder-boy, Theo Walcott! There was a hint of offside, but Theo Walcott’s cross goal shot ended up over the line and England are one-nil up! A good pick by the England manager… he showed faith in the young star.
Croatia could have still made a comeback but Robert Kovac “decided” to take a red card and leave his team in 10 men, with more than 30 minutes left! England imediatly took advantage of the situation and Theo Walcott doubled his tally 10 minutes later. Wayne Rooney decided to finish Croatia for good and netted one as well!
Croatia tried to come back in 10 man, and scored in the 78th minute. Srna was through and took advantage of some sloppy play from England as Mandzukic rolled the ball passed the Pompey keeper and into the net. The goal should have never been allowed though due to a high challenge from Srna on Terry prior to the goal. A contentious goal from Croatia.
And when everybody thought it was over, Theo Walcott got his hat-trick! Rooney brought the ball down with a sublime touch and fed Walcott through to roll the ball into goal with his left peg.
