The cup holders have a very easy task in winning this group. Villarreal isn’t the bright team from 2006, Celtic is the usual modest team we all know, and Aalborg, can just say they had the honor of playing against Man Utd, cause they won’t get to many from this group

Inter won’t have a problem in winning this group I am 100% sure of that It will be a tight battle for second place though. Anorthosis isn’t an easy pick, the team from Cyprus eliminating Oympiakos .

Last step to the Uefa Champions League groups

The first match in the Uefa Champions League 3rd preliminary stage took place last night in Firenze, where local team Fiorentina defeated Slavia Prague 2-0. Mutu was again the man of the match, the Romanian player getting a goal in the 3rd minute after a great free kick. Gilardino made it 2-0 and it looks like Fiorentina is one step closer to the group stage. Tonight the remaining matches will be played and the second legs will be on the 26th and 27th august.
