It was 1-1 after 90 minutes thanks to goals scored by Ronaldo and then Lampard in the first half. Anelka missed the final penalty for Chelsea and sent the cup to Manchester. United win the Champions League after 9 years, with the same Ferguson on the bench, but this time after admiting of having the best team ever. These are the highlights and penalty kicks :

For the 4th time in the last 3 seasons, Liverpool meets Chelsea in the UEFA Champions League. Tonight will be a capital game for both of the teams, knowing that Liverpool will finnish 4th this year in the Premier League, and Chelsea is behind Manchester, in second place.

Tonight Manchester and Barcelona qualified in the semi-finals of the Uefa Champions League were they will play against eachother in a true final if I may say so
Manchester won 1-0 with a goal signed Tevez in the 69th minute and Rome goes home defeated again, after a 2-0 win of the devils in the capital of Italy.
Barcelona also won 1-0 with German team Schalke , Toure shattering their dreams of a semi-final in the 43rd minute. Score on aggregate : 2-0. The catalans will have a tough job eliminating Manchester which are having a great season

Liverpool and Chelsea are in the semi-finals after they both won their games tonight.
Liverpool defeated Arsenal 4-2 after the gunners equalised in the 84th minute. In the next attack Liverpool got a penalty and scored, and Babel closed the door for Arsenal in the 92nd minute.

Chelsea won 2-0 against Fenerbahce after a good representation of the Turkish side. Hilario was the No.1 man for the boys in blue saving some good shots.Chelsea will meat Barcelona or Schalke in the semi-finals , while Liverpool waits for Rome to make wondersand qualify on Old Trafford, after great shape Mancheter United won the first leg 2-0.

Liverpool managed to pull a draw on Emirates Stadium last night after Kuyt got the equaliser in the first half.Adebayor scored first a few minutes before that.The final score was the same as in the first half 1-1. An open second leg if I can say so .

Fenerbahce stunned  the audience when they came back from 0-1 and won 2-1! Although Deivid scored an own goal in the first half, he got the winnig one in the 80th minute and the fans from Istanbul were bursting. Can we see a surprise in the second leg in London?!

Man Utd managed to win in Rome score 2-0 thanks to Rooney and of course Ronaldo, who is getting closer and closer to the FIFA World Player title and Golden Ball.It’s quite clear who will move on to the next stage I think :).

Barcelona grabbed a 1-0 win at Schalke with a goal signed Bojan in the 12th minute but the German team demanded a penalty 2 times, one of them being quite obvious.It will be a very interesting second leg
