After Benzema and Henry, France lost Vieira too for the match against England from Wednesday.The captain of the french anounced today that he won’t be able to play in this friendly.The 31 year old midfielder suffered a muscle stretch at his left tigh, which prevented him of playing in the last two games for his club, Inter.
“I am feeling better , but not so well to get on the pitch.I am sorry, I would have liked to play , beacause I need as many games as I can get.But I don’t want to risk anything” , declared Vieira.He will remain in the Clairefontaine cantonment for treatment though. “I feel frustrated, but I am restless for the Euro perspective.”
