Zenit St. Petersburg is the new winner of the UEFA Cup. The Russians won the final against Glasgow Rangers 2-0 tonight and brought the cup back to Russia after 3 years. With the best striker of the competition suspended, the goals didn’t come as many as in theeir previous games, but Denisov 77′ and Zyrianov in the last minute made the difference in a game that was a bit one-sided. Rangers was the team with the best defence this year but the ambition of the Russians was too much for them
